I watch people going about their day, invested to varying degrees in their 'stories,' believing they are defined by them, trapped by them - I have been no exception. I also see the heaviness they carry when they don't know how else to get to the core of things, and how their health and life-force suffer. We all walk our own path and no path is better or more right than the other. We all get there in the end. But after all my years of inner work and spiritual communication,

IFT is revolutionary and life-sweeping in that it sits 100% in our hands and in our own God-heart/Source connection to bring immense change with startling flow and momentum. I have witnessed life changes in people in a matter of minutes, of things they have carried to their detriment all their lives. One girl, in an IFT class, took herself back to when she was 9 months old in her crib. We watched in awe and shared compassion as she sobbed and trembled as the disempowerment of that early memory was changed at the very cellular level, and sat in silenced witnessing of her transformation. The key was that it had all taken place within her own body and Source/God-connection of the heart. IFT is a gift of grace that we give ourselves and there is nothing more powerful than standing fully in one’s own light and power. To know that that can be accessed readily through IFT brings comfort, joy, and a sense that this world is safe to be in and, more importantly, we want to be here. IFT lifts the lid of all the limitations where we can show up fully in our lives and in the lives of others. IFT makes it a win-win situation for everyone and our very soul knows that is exactly as it need be. A true creative endeavor and outpouring

While I may well be just on the edge of this modality, I have a vast affinity and respect for it, and I THANK you, Loretta, for bringing something that comes from your very depths of self-living and self-communing with your Creator. I say these words with a light heart for there is something very joyful, new and fresh about this, in its own way. A true creative endeavor and outpouring. Very nice.

I'm moving greatly on with this IFT as it presents itself to me right now - I know I am still on the edge. It is like being on this immense canvas of a conveyor belt yet feeling myself safe and securely connected to the connecting rod of the God in me. Somehow the counting both personalizes and depersonalizes everything. That it is but it isn't. The no-thing to all-things. But the bottom line is truly the love and the grace and the immense joy that one can recognize, albeit at that deep almost intangible level of awareness of something that has truly come from the Isness of Creation.

You have done a beautiful job, Loretta. And because the modality is from the God-heart any response or interaction cannot fail but come from there. Theta has a place here but I feel this is so much more.

Since Loretta's summer email, I have been anticipating more information about the "new therapy". When the Mosaic magazine was available, I quickly turned to her article, eager to learn more. While I read the article, I was aware of how deeply personal and honest the words were. A sense of vulnerability and heart felt truth was evident throughout. I felt Loretta's words had a new passion and focus as she explained her journey to IFT. I truly sensed a new awakening in my teacher and mentor. I can hardly wait to experience this new evolution of energetic work with Loretta in September.

I know a treatment and healer is powerful when they show up in my dream time. That's exactly what happened to me with Loretta Mohl. I went for my first session with her and could feel changes in my body immediately. Then my life starting changing accordingly.

I was so impressed that I went in for a second session. That night the most amazing thing happened. I dreamt of Loretta all night. She was busy working on all these blue grid lines that surrounded me. She kept moving the grid lines around all night long until there was harmony and balance. And I'm not kidding when I say it was all night long. I would wake up and marvel at the dream and go back to sleep and she would still be there rearranging the grid lines. This happened about seven times that night.

I continue to get sessions from Loretta and I continue to see tangible results. I think we are so lucky to have someone with Loretta's knowledge and gifts right here with us in Edmonton! She travels around the world teaching but is still always available to people here who need her help.
